Excellent Stay with Modern Comforts

great location multiple train stations available storage room spacious room
The apartment location allows easy walking access to main tourist spots. Multiple train stations are also within a short walk. I greatly appreciated the availability of a storage room to drop off bags early. The room was spacious and well-appointed providing excellent value.
The internet connection was unstable. This made planning our day a little difficult.

The apartment has good equipment available to prepare breakfast. There is a good selection of utensils to make light meals. The proximity to local restaurants offers further dining alternatives for lunch or dinner.

the apartment was very comfortable and cosy. the size was right for 3 adults, it was well equipped. the location is top with very good connection to public transport.
The lock system was dreadful. i had to make sure i had sufficient charge on my phone in order to be able to 'slide to unlock'. i still had to ask for assistance to work the lock. This was frustrating. the level of maintenance is not particularly high as the room was not cleaned .

the apartment was spacious with fantastic views. it was a short walk to alexanderplatz and public transport.
the building felt quite noisy. street noise was very noticeable because of old windows.. this was a bit frustrating overall.

Excellent Stay

easy parking comfortable apartment excellent instructions responsive staff
The location offered quick access to both S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines. I appreciated this access. Finding street parking nearby proved easy. The apartment was comfortable. The staff's clear instructions and readiness to assist greatly helped me. I am thankful.
The digital lock system needed my phone to be charged. Needing sufficient charge on my phone to unlock felt inconvenient.

The room contained water, tea, and coffee. I was happy about this offering. A nice towel was also available in the room. I appreciated the extra care. There was a luggage room available for storing suitcases both before check-in and after check-out.

The room had a Nespresso machine with pods available for use. I found this very convenient. If I needed more coffee, I could request it via text and receive instructions on where to find it. This service was helpful. The kitchen space was compact but well equipped for basic meal preparation.

The room was spacious and clean. The administrator responded quickly to all queries, which I appreciated. I also liked the location. It provided convenient access to public transport and a large mall nearby.
The lock system relied on my phone. I needed sufficient charge to slide to unlock it. It was frustrating. The room seemed minimally serviced after the last guests. I saw toothpaste dribbles on the mirror.
